Pearl Way is an English Medium educational institute based in Chilaw, in the Puttalam District, specialising in Advanced Level Maths and Science stream education. Founded in April 2025, the institute was established with a clear purpose: to provide students in the region with a modern, disciplined, and results-driven learning environment that matches the standards of leading institutes across Sri Lanka.
Within a short period since its establishment, Pearl Way has grown into one of the emerging leading institutes in the Puttalam District, built on a foundation of quality teaching, strong facilities, and a genuine commitment to every student's academic progress.

The People Behind Pearl Way
A young, talented, and skilled entrepreneur leading Pearl Way's administration with vision and drive. As International Director of IHRO representing the Puttalam District and the youngest diploma holder in Aircraft Engineering at AAC, he brings a remarkable combination of ambition, leadership, and innovation to the institute.
A practising Consultant Materials Engineer who brings an engineer's precision and real-world technical insight into the classroom. His vision has shaped Pearl Way's teaching philosophy — one that connects academic theory with practical understanding, preparing students not just to pass examinations, but to genuinely understand and apply what they learn.
Guiding Pearl Way's digital presence and outreach strategy, ensuring the institute connects effectively with students and families across the Puttalam District and beyond.
Managing Pearl Way's day-to-day operations with professionalism and dedication, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every student, parent, and staff member.
Giving Back
Pearl Way believes that education is most meaningful when it reaches beyond the classroom. Alongside our academic programs, we actively engage in charity and community initiatives to support students and families in need across the Puttalam District.
We provide completely free education to underprivileged students who qualify — because no child's future should be limited by financial circumstances.
Deserving students receive Pearl Way scholarships — recognising both academic achievement and the need for support to reach their full potential.
We provide stationery, books, and study materials as charity to students and families across Puttalam District who cannot afford them.
